Terms and Conditions

By submitting the registration form you are consenting to the collection of the child's details and your details. If you do not complete the registration form in full the child will be unable to be registered as a Mallstars member and will not receive the communications and benefits associated with Mallstars. A child may join and be a member of Mallstars from birth up until the child turns 12 years of age. There are no costs or charges for a child to join Mallstars. The child will receive from Mallstars approximately five pieces of promotional material per calendar year, to the nominated address and / or email address. You consent to receiving mail (including in electronic form) and other marketing or promotional communications from Mallstars and us. You consent to the child receiving mail and other marketing or promotional communications from Mallstars. We reserve the right to change or remove any components of the Mallstars programme at our discretion without notification to you or the child. If yours or the child's details require amending please communicate to info@glenfieldmall.co.nz or in writing to us at the address below*.The information collected in the registration form is held by us for the sole purpose of registering the child as a member of Mallstars. You accept that you may receive other Glenfield Mall promotional and marketing material from us if you ‘Opt into another list’ when completing the registration form. In accordance with the Privacy Act 1993 you or the child specified in the registration form is entitled to request a copy of, or correction, to any information held by us on you or such child by writing to us at our National Office*. Our privacy policy can be viewed by visiting glenfieldmall.co.nz. In the event that you or any child does not wish to receive further information relating to Mallstars or us, including any marketing or promotional material please email info@glenfieldmall.co.nz or write to us at the address below*.Your request will be actioned as soon as reasonably possible. We agree that we will not distribute or provide any details relating to the child or you to any third party. In these terms and conditions: (a) child means the child or children referred to in the registration form; (b) registration form means the registration form (either paper or online) to register a child or children to be a member of Mallstars; (c) Mallstars means the Glenfield Mall kids’ club known as Mallstars; (d) we, us or our means Ladstone Glenfield Limited, owner and operator of Glenfield Mall or one of its associated group of companies; and you or your means the parent or guardian completing the registration form. *Ladstone Glenfield Limited National Office, C/- Glenfield Mall, Cnr Glenfield Rd & Downing St, Glenfield, Auckland 0629
